Charges for renting 3 bedroom unit (5 people max)

 

$400 per week

      3 weeks bond 

      1 week rent in advance

Our Rental Policy

 

 

  • minimum of 6 months fix term contract

  • 1 week rent in advance is required upon signing of the tenancy agreement

  • No pets are allowed on the premises

  • No smoking in the apartments

Charges for renting a 6 bedroom units or a room in 6 bedroom units

$700/week

Room by room rental(1 person occupy 1 room):

Standard Single bedroom : $150/week/room

Standard Twin-share room : $160/week/room

Large Twin-share room : $165/week/room

Room by room rental(2 persons occupy 1 room):

Standard Twin-share room : $200/week/room

Large Twin-share room : $210/week/room
