Mountfort Park Apartments is a contemporary building complex situated amonst the historic 19th-century Addington Jail house. The convenient location of these apartments makes it ideal for those who wish to stay close to the city without losing the easy access to malls like Westfield and Addington Shopping Town.
The apartments are designed for two types of self-contained accommodation as 3 and 6 bed room units. With a total of 30 units designated for long term tenants, and 5 units for short and temporary tenants.
All our six bedroom units are operating under boarding house tenancy. Each of our 6 bedroom units consist of 4 twin-share bedrooms, 2 single bedrooms and 2 toilets with separate showers. Each unit can accommodate up to a maximum of 10 tenants. As these are all self-contained units, each has been well furnished to the comfort of our guests. Laundry facilities, Wi-Fi, standard household appliances and kitchenware are all provided.
Our 3 bedroom apartments consist of 2 twin shared rooms and 1 single bedroom. It has a huge lounge for the family gathering and a decent sized kitchen. All the 3 bedroom apartments are under standard tenancy agreement.
